Cap deux fois sur la Normandie: Le premier jour départ pour récupérer un taxi anglais pour la pièce. Le deuxième jour nous réalisons une véritable sortie de grange, comme on les aime tous. Ici, un taxi anglais qui n’avait plus bougé en deux ans a été sorti non sans efforts. Il sera ensuite remis sur la route après travaux mécaniques et une bonne révision dans nos Ateliers.
Finalement, nous avons terminé ce long weekend par le dépannage et rapatriement d’un autre taxi anglais pour la pièce. Cette fois-ci, nous nous sommes déplacés en Île-de-France. Nous avons dû débloquer une roue pour que le taxi londonien veuille bien monter sur le plateau voiture.

TaxiFun has had a long weekend with the recoveries of three London taxis. Day one, we went to Normand in order to bring a Black Cab for parts back to our workshop. Day two, we were headed again to Normandy, but this time for a barn find, as we all love them: A Fairway Driver that had stranded there two years ago, and we had to unblock the left rear wheel in order to help her out of bed… She will be on the roads again, after a long passage in our workshop for mechanical works and a huge overhaul, she might be put for sale this summer or fall. The third day, we went to the Paris region anf recovered a London taxi for parts. and had also to help the laft rear wheel to turn, funny coincidence… The Cabs for parts will be dismantled in our workshop, and the parts will be proposed for sale to you all!
